Cinder is mission-critical infrastructure for platforms dealing with real harm: deepfake nudes, child sexual abuse material, AI-generated phishing campaigns, organized crime, counterfeit goods. When our customers have a problem, it's urgent, visible, and high-stakes.

There's no "we'll get to it next sprint." We ship in days, not quarters. We make decisions with incomplete information and own the outcomes. We're building fast with AI, because our adversaries are as well. Speed is not optional.

We're looking for people who take the mission seriously and work urgently as a result. Solving the internet's hardest problems requires more than one vantage point. We're deliberate about building a team with different backgrounds, perspectives, and ways of thinking.

Cinder is based in New York City, with team members across the US and UK/EU. Working together is a superpower, so we hold at least two all-company gatherings a year. We're especially focused on hiring in New York and will relocate the right person for the right role.
